Our working office facilities include integrated computerized, communication and internet broadband internet line system to make sure our staff provide efficient output both of communication with our clients as well as with supply center and manufacturer. Our company also in the position toward apply for ISO 9002 registered. With 5 (five) board of management, 4 (four) administration staff and 6 (six) engineers, Polaris Scientific committed to provide better service support of our clients in around Indonesia territories.

Training center facilities are used for our technical support department as well as for clients products training complete with teaching aids facilitiy and tools. Under responsible of Mr. Sondang Christian and his technical support team, Polaris Scientific has product training schedule 2 times a year to develop our engineers skills as well as become our facility to provide client product training as part of our after sales service. Our Training Center facilities also be completed with scientific showroom with some scientific equipments as demo units.

Polaris Scientific has enough range of test equipment, electronic tools, certified test weight to support our technical service support department to do better service for test and repairing job to our clients.

For better service in delivery and inventory control and to make sure we have enough stock hold of spare-parts to support our maintenance and service contract agreement, we facilitate our warehouse with computerized inventory system under responsible of Ms. Dewi Indrawati.
